Ice cream dessert with nuts
Ingredients:
4 eggs, separate egg whites from yolks ½ cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 300 ml cream 1/3 cup chocolate chips 1/3 cup chopped nuts 1/3 cup chopped fruit.
Preparation:
We recommend using the whisk attachment for preparation.
Whisk egg whites in the whisk mode until stiff and frothy. Gradually add ¼ With a cup of powdered sugar, mix well until dissolved, place in a separate bowl and set aside.
Whisk the egg yolks in the whisk mode, add the remaining egg yolks and the egg mixture ¼ Cups sugar and vanilla essence until a thick, light-colored mixture is formed. Carefully fold the egg yolk mixture into the whites. Whip the cream in the whipping mode until it thickens. Add chocolate chips, nuts and fruit to the egg mixture.
Pour the mixture into a 30 cm long mold covered with baking paper, cover the top with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours until hardened. Put the ice cream on a serving plate and place a warm towel on the outside of the dish for a few minutes. Serve garnished with whipped cream and fruit.
