Operation
Manufacturer’s recommendations: volume of water and coffee: 30 ml of ristretto, 50 ml of espresso, 110 ml of lungo/tea. Use specific liquid detergents for descaling. Vinegar is not recommended.
The minimum distance from the fire source is 50 cm, the minimum distance from the water source is 60 cm. Before brewing, after filling the tank, it is recommended to press the beverage button so that the pump “draws in” the water.
Place the coffee machine in the drying tunnel when transporting it at temperatures below 5°C.
Impressions
It’s really simple: just one button for switching on and off. No problems with the use of the machine. Note that the manufacturer cares a lot about saving electricity: the automatic switch to energy-saving standby mode is made in a minute after the last power-on of the machine.
If you forget to turn the machine off before leaving, don’t worry: it will automatically shut off after 15 minutes.
However, the machine does require your attention, above all for descaling. Of course, there is no automatic mode for this operation, so you will have to tinker with it yourself. The complete procedure is described in detail in the instructions for your coffee machine.
In addition, there is a drying mode, which you may not need if you do not transport the machine in winter time.
Surprised!
The biggest surprise for us in using it was that there is no automatic switch-off of the drink. You need to press the button to make the coffee stop flowing. It is hard to say for sure if it is convenient or not.
On the one hand it allows to receive a beverage with the strength you want on the other hand it makes you watch closely the process of pouring the beverage.
