Pour the brewed coffee into glasses or large cups. Heat 70 ml of milk and one vanilla pod in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and leave to infuse for about 10 minutes, then take out the vanilla.
Stir together strong coffee and 50 ml of milk in a heatproof jug. Add sugar to taste. Return the pot with the milk to the fire by adding 3 tablespoons of vanilla sugar. Bring to boil, then lower heat.
Add 120 grams of dark chocolate to melt in the bottom of the pan. Pour the contents of the pot into a jug and whisk the entire mixture. Serve in tall glasses, with whipped cream and vanilla stick.
