Whisk the egg yolks, the sugar and then, while continuing to whisk, pour on top the milk that you have heated to boiling point. Return this mixture to the pan and, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, heat until the mixture coats the back of the spoon. Cool completely and then mix with cream and vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into the FILLER and knead for about 20 minutes.
