Needed:
Coffee Punch

1/2 liter of strong coffee,

Add 1/2 liter of white port wine,

Half a liter of rum,

100g brown sugar.

Cooking for 6-8 people:

Heat coffee, port and rum in a saucepan until almost boiling. Add as much sugar as you need little by little. When sugar is dissolved, pour punch into low glasses.

Useful tip: Before pouring the punch, warm the glasses remember to use a spoon so that they don’t burst .
