Canon introduces three new PIXMA printers with the original ink supply system CISS .

The main advantage of the new Canon PIXMA G inkjet devices is the long print life. One set of ink tanks is enough for 6000 black-and-white and 7000 color prints.

The superior performance and cost-effectiveness of the new models make them a good buy, both for commercial and government facilities where there is a constant need for large print volumes, and for the home if the user also prints a lot ā€“ including photographs .

Instead of cartridges for PIXMA G devices offer containers with original Canon ink: black pigment and color water-soluble. Black pigment provides high quality black and white printing: sharp text and high print fastness. The image will not bleed when exposed to water or ā€œfloatā€ when highlighted with a highlighter. Water-soluble inks, on the other hand, provide vibrant and saturated colors when printing color graphics as well as photographs.

Quality, accuracy and simplicity

The PIXMA G1400 is an inkjet printer, while the PIXMA G2400 and PIXMA G3400 are multifunction devices that have printing, scanning and copying capabilities. All feature Canon FINE printheads for high-quality, fast printing, and technology that prevents air from entering the ink supply tubes: ensuring reliable and consistent results for high volume printing. 4,800 x 1,200 dpi print engine with a minimum drop size of 2ppm allows you to print complex documents with lots of fine detail and high-quality photos with smooth tonal transitions. Each of the three printers is capable of printing a 10 x 15 cm borderless photo in 60 seconds.

New PIXMA G inkjet devices are designed with maximum user-friendliness in mind. Compact body, with built-in ink tanks, transparent ā€œwindowsā€ to visually monitor the level of ink, rubberized caps, which close the holes in the containers and the narrow nose of the containers themselves can be refilled even by inexperienced users ā€“ quickly and accurately, without staining your hands and leaving no traces of ink.

Endless creativity

The PIXMA G3400 includes Wi Fi for wireless printing from computers, smartphones and tablets and is fully compatible with Canonā€™s new PRINT mobile app. Send jobs to the printer from anywhere in the world and print from popular services like Instagramā„¢, Google Driveā„¢, Facebookā„¢, Dropboxā„¢ and Flickrā„¢ with cloud printing. And if you want to get creative, Canon Easy ā€“ PhotoPrint software is just for you+. Accessible via tablet or web browser, it lets you edit your images before printing ā€“ for example, to create cards or calendars.

All of the new printers come with Canonā€™s My Image Garden software, which includes several applications, including Creative Park, that provides extensive personalisation options when printing. Thus, customers will be able to print postcards, layouts and even assembly models from paper with more details.

Can anyone provide more information about Canonā€™s Original Ink Supply System (UIC) featured in their new PIXMA printers? How does it differ from other ink supply systems and what advantages does it offer in terms of print quality and cost-effectiveness?

Canonā€™s Original Ink Supply System (UIC) is a proprietary technology designed to optimize ink flow and ensure consistent print quality. It differs from other ink supply systems by utilizing individual ink tanks for each color, allowing users to replace only the color that has run out. This reduces waste and saves money in the long run as users do not have to replace an entire ink cartridge when only one color runs out.

The UIC system also offers superior print quality by delivering a more precise and even distribution of ink, resulting in vibrant and sharp prints. Additionally, the individual ink tanks allow for higher capacity, reducing the frequency of replacement and lowering overall printing costs. Overall, Canonā€™s UIC system provides a cost-effective and efficient solution for printing high-quality documents and photos.
