Why vacuum clean?

Preparing drinks with regular juicers and blenders has one drawback – many vitamins and nutrients when reacting with oxygen are destroyed through oxidation.

The Bosch VitaMaxx vacuum blender is unlike conventional blenders. Vacuuming immediately before brewing slows oxidation and vitamin and nutrient losses by up to a factor of 5 during the first 24 hours.

After the blender jug is filled with food and the lid is closed, the pump evacuates the air, reducing the pressure by one-quarter of its normal value and creating a vacuum.

After reaching the ideal air pressure, the Bosch VitaMaxx blender automatically starts the blending process and turns the ingredients into a gentle smooth smooth smoothie without bubbles or lumps.

The vacuum function has three obvious advantages:
