R7 265 DirectCU II also features the exclusive DirectCU II cooling system with direct-contact technology — copper heat pipes run directly over the GPU for more efficient heat exchange. Because of this, the R7 265 DirectCU II is 20% cooler and three times quieter than the reference card.

Super Alloy Power Technology on the R7 265 DirectCU II uses a superalloy in key power-supply components such as inductors, capacitors and power transistors to deliver longer life and better performance.
