ASUS announced the R9 290X DirectCU II and R9 290 DirectCU II graphics cards based on AMD Radeon R9 290X and R9 290 GPUs and featuring the highly efficient DirectCU II cooling system. The R9 290X has a core frequency of 1,050 MHz and the R9 290 has a core frequency of 1,000 MHz. Both feature 4GB of GDDR5 memory, allowing you to comfortably play at the highest resolutions. ASUS DIGI on both devices+. They are compatible with GPU Tweak utility for monitoring and overclocking.
