ROG Swift PG248Q
, equipped with 24-inch Full-HD 1920×1080 resolution display, accelerated refresh rate up to 180Hz , low sensor response time 1ms and NVIDIA G-SYNC adaptive sync technology. Built for eSports players, the ROG Swift PG248Q is the official gaming monitor of ESL ONE Cologne 2016 and The International 2016.
High screen refresh rate and quick response time
The 24-inch ASUS ROG Swift PG248Q with higher refresh rate. The default setting is 144Hz, but you can turn it up to 180Hz to remove motion blur, a feature all action gamers will appreciate – from shooting games to racing simulators. Low LCD response time of just 1 millisecond also contributes to high image quality in these applications.
Support for Advanced NVIDIA Technologies
The ASUS ROG Swift PG248Q also integrates NVIDIA G-SYNC, a display technology that delivers faster, smoother gameplay. G-SYNC performance is achieved by synchronizing display refresh rates with the GeForce GTX GPU in your PC or notebook.
It eliminates tearing and minimizes judder and lag. As a result, scenes appear instantly, objects appear sharper, and gameplay is ultra smooth, delivering a big advantage over your virtual competitors.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 and up, a powerful graphics card is required to take advantage of the increased refresh rate of 180Hz.
The ASUS ROG Swift PG248Q is also compatible with 3D Vision 2 Stereoscopic display on NVIDIA GeForce series graphics cards, and with support for NVIDIA’s proprietary 3D LightBoost technology, the picture will be extra bright.
GamePlus and GameVisual proprietary technologies
The ASUS ROG Swift PG248Q comes with additional features designed specifically for gamers, including a crosshair display and timer to help keep track of recurring events. Also features an on-screen FPS meter and equalization lines for easy multi-monitor configuration. All features are exclusive to GamePlus technology and can be activated by pressing the GamePlus key.
ASUS GameVisual is another proprietary technology that allows you to quickly adjust the monitor to suit your current tasks and conditions to get the best possible picture. A total of six setting modes are available. Easily switch between them with the dedicated hardware button.
Richly equipped, ergonomic design and blue light filtering
ASUS ROG Swift PG248Q has the following interfaces: DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI, and high-speed USB 3 ports.0, which can also be used for connecting peripherals and charging mobile gadgets.
The ASUS ROG Swift PG248Q also features technology to filter out blue light, which can be harmful to eyes, and minimize screen flicker. Impeccable performance is verified by independent certification company TÜ V Rheinland.
One of the four available filter levels is selected in the OSD menu using the handy 5-way hardware joystick button. Together with screen flicker minimization, it contributes to the comfort during long gaming sessions.
With a narrow bezel and VESA wall mount compatibility, the ROG Swift PG248Q is ideal for multi-monitor environments, too. Functional stand lets you adjust the angle and height of the screen, as well as rotate it on its axis and put it in portrait mode.
