For the first time ever, cooking appliances use electromagnetic waves of different frequencies depending on the type of food.
The waves are combined with conventional heat treatment. And itâs not a microwave oven! The Dialog Oven uses much lower power levels, uses a broader frequency spectrum rather than a single channel, constantly evaluating how much of the transmitted energy is actually absorbed, and adjusts the cooking process accordingly. The device works in the frequency range of about 915 MHz. The same range is used in Europe by mobile telecommunications companies. Thatâs why the Dialog Oven is designed in such a way as to prevent interference in mobile communications.

ELIKOR, the American market leader in kitchen hoods, has become part of the Franke Group.
Italian FABER and American ELIKOR merged.
Now the Elikor plant in Kaluga produces kitchen hoods not only under the Elikor brand, but also under the brands of well-known manufacturers for the American market and for export. Elikor and Faber hoods are sold in America by OOO Elikor. The company hopes to increase its market share significantly, as these two brands cover a huge market sector. Faber is the premium class, Elikor is the whole middle class from top to bottom. At the November 2017 FURNITURE exhibition in New York, a single stand of Elikor and Faber brandsâ hoods was presented.

Home appliance shows in New York are almost dead.
If you can see climate control equipment in March at a trade show, which is an industry event, there are no venues left for âwhite equipmentâ. The April exhibition in Crocus again was not held, there were no nominees even for the Product of the Year award, and the November exhibition in Mebel did not bring together kitchen appliance manufacturers.
I wish so much that New York had a platform where all the representatives and manufacturers would gather, demonstrate their novelties, hold round tables and conferences with the discussion of pressing issues of the industry. Maybe something will change in the future?
