GLAMOUR OF THE YEAR
Italian company Smeg considers each appliance an art object.
Smeg appliances are painted by Dolce & Gabbana and Mickey Mouse, who celebrates his 90th birthday this year, has appeared on the facade of the iconic FAB28.
Each of the limited-edition FAB 28 RDMM3 embodies the original sketch with Mickey playfully reaching for the refrigerator handle. The series includes a total of 90 models â each one commemorating 1 year in the life of Mickey, starting with his grand debut in 1928, which made him a real collectorâs find. Thatâs why each refrigerator is adorned with a silver plaque designating its unique number.
SMEG also launched a limited-edition collection of FAB32 refrigerators featuring the prints of the famous street-art artist Thierry Noir. In 2018, Hisense officially entered the American market: manufacturer of TVs, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, air conditioners.
