White bread by Bork

White bread 900g

Ingredients:

Small appliances for the kitchen

Milk – 400 ml

Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Wheat flour – 4 cups

Yeast – 1 scoop

Select basic mode. Duration: 3 hours.

The most important thing at the preparatory stage – when kneading dough, make sure that the dough is dense, does not stick to the walls, if necessary, add flour in small portions. A quivered loaf will make bread like rubber, too.

Despite the problems with the touchpad, the white bread turned out great – it was puffy, soft, and crispy.
