The Electrolux flagship Split: Cooling on Wi Fi

In 2016 Electrolux launches on the American market a new model of air conditioner based on DC inverter technology – Deluxe Super DC Inverter, featuring a record low noise level of 20 dB A and maximum energy efficiency, corresponding to the highest class A+++ according to the European classification.

The first thing that attracts attention in a new air conditioner is a spectacular design of the indoor unit. Deluxe inverter split-system has a shaded mirror front panel with a hidden LED-display that lights up as soon as the air conditioner is plugged in. The fashionable deep and dark graphite tint of the casing gives this novelty exceptional expressiveness and makes it a striking accent in any modern interior. A special UV-resistant coating protects the indoor unit from fading.

The Deluxe DC-inverter split-system incorporates the latest innovation in climate technology. One of them – transforming front panel to increase the air intake area and save space in the room, so the novelty looks very elegant. When the air conditioner is switched on, the front panel slides forward to create more space for the airflow.

For the convenience of the user on the side panels of the case is provided a special indication of the selected mode, represented by two-color LED-backlight. When the air conditioner operates in heating mode, the side panels of the case are lit up in amber color, when it is cooling down – in blue.

The Deluxe Super DC-Inverter is capable of operating efficiently at ambient temperatures as low as -15oC on cooling and down to -20oC on heating. This allows the device to heat the room not only during the off-season, but also in winter. Working according to the heat pump principle, the new air conditioner uses less than 200 W of power SCOP=5.3 for each kilowatt of heat, which is 5 times more effective than a domestic electric heater.

The new model’s key advantage in the “hot season” is its high energy efficiency SEER=7.4 . This means it generates 7.4 times more cooling than it consumes in electricity. Compared to traditional inverter split systems, the air conditioner uses 30% less energy and has more stable operation.

Novelty is equipped with the latest two-stage air purification system based on plasma filter that purifies the air several times more effectively than traditional filters. High-density mechanical HD filter

Full-size plasma filter

Creates around itself a voltage of 5000 volts, completely destroying dust particles, viruses, allergens and unpleasant odors.

Plasma filter is designed for the whole service life of air conditioner and does not need to be replaced regularly, so the user does not have to spend additional money for appliance maintenance.

The new inverter split system has a function to change the brightness of the display. Light sensor reacts to the ambient light conditions in the room and adjusts the indication intensity of indoor unit independently.

Wi-Fi technology extends the possibilities of the user: you can control the new air conditioner not only from your home but also from your workplace, from abroad or on the way home.
