Strawberry and banana classic smoothie

Strawberry-banana “classic” smoothie

  • Beverage Technique

    0.5 kg strawberries can be frozen

  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g. Milk, bio-yogurt or ice cream
  • 2 ch. l. sugar.

A win-win combination! This smoothie should definitely have something frozen in it: it could be strawberries, bananas then they should be peeled, sliced and frozen beforehand , ice cream or just ice cubes. Stir the ingredients and enjoy!

Orange smoothie from Bosch

  • Juicers

    1/2 liter of orange juice 6 oranges

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 300g canned apricots
  • 15-20 crushed ice cubes
  • 4 ch. l. sugar or honey.

Cut oranges and lemons in half and squeeze in a citrus juicer. Put juice, apricots and ice cubes in a blender. Whisk at maximum speed for about 20 seconds, then add sugar or honey. Serve well chilled. You can freeze the apricot juice in an ice cube and use it instead of the ice cream.

Pineapple Wrong” Smoothie

    1 can of pineapples in a light syrup

  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • mint
  • ice.

This exotic smoothie is not quite “idea”, since it’s not made with fresh pineapple. If you want to bother with peeling it, you are welcome, but remember to add water and sugar – without them you get a bit too corrosive. The flesh of the grapefruit for this recipe must be peeled of membranes, so that the smoothie is not bitter. Blend all ingredients using a blender. Pineapple syrup serves as a liquid base.

Melon “our own” smoothie

    1 ripe melon “kolhoznitsa” of medium size

  • Juice of 1-2 limes, lemons or oranges
  • peppermint
  • ice.

Don’t be surprised by this insert in the name! The fact is that nutritionists do not recommend eating and drinking! melon for dessert after the main course and as an appetizer before it. Melon likes proud solitude and doesn’t mix well with other foods – it simply begins to ferment. This smoothie is delicious, but it’s only healthy when you drink it as a stand-alone dish. Slice melon flesh, squeeze juice from citrus fruits in a press, wash mint and snip leaves. Place everything in blender, stir in mint and ice. Pour into glasses, decorate with mint sprigs.

Nectarine Baby Smoothie

  • Juicers

    4 ripe nectarines any variety,

    (except apple juice

  • 4 juicy ripe apricots
  • 200 ml of carbonated mineral water or orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ice.

Wash the nectarines and apricots, peel them and remove the seeds. Squeeze juice from 2 oranges you can use water and honey instead , mix all the ingredients in the blender, add ice and whip it all with ice. With water and honey this smoothie is perfectly non-sour and non-aggressive, you can take it in a bottle on walks with the kids: you will get a complete snack that does not require first washing your hands.
