MODEL DESCRIPTION

Silga, manufacturer of stainless steel cookware, has launched a new range of sets with 3 to 9 pieces of stainless steel cookware. The kits include pots, buckets, pans and lids of different sizes and diameters.

The series is distinguished by its simple and concise design, which combines functionality and technicality. Silga cookware is made of 18/10 stainless steel, a completely inert and resistant material, for cooking without oil and with little water. This is quite possible in Silga because the brand lids close the pans very tightly and allow the steam to circulate inside. Its action unfolds the fibers of the food, cooking is faster and inside it retains most of the nutrients. The lid is convenient to use as a practical support – place pans on it without fear of ruining kitchen surfaces. The lid can also be hooked on to the handle of the pot when it is in the hinged position – so it’s always at hand. All lids have a temperature sensor which indicates the heat level low, medium, high and allows you to check the heat level without having to look in the pot.

Specific TEKNOTHERM bottom design, consisting of aluminium and stainless steel layers, ensures rapid heating up of the cookware, uniform distribution of heat over the whole bottom surface and long-lasting temperature retention. Silga cookware can be used on all cooking tops, including induction owing to the magnetic qualities of its bottom. The handles of the pans do not heat up and ensure safe handling.
