It is made of high quality stainless steel 18/10 – durable, hygienic, non-oxidizing, corrosion resistant and completely inert, the 18/10 steel does not modify the taste and smell of the products because it does not react with any food components.

Models of this collection use two-stage method of “triple” bottom technology with stamped and then fused aluminum disk that allows to spread evenly and keep the heat much longer on the walls and bottom of the cookware, prevents the food from sticking and provides faster cooking. Cookware wall thickness is 0.7 mm, and the thickness of the triple-encapsulated bottom is 5.0 mm. Interesting that this cookware keeps on cooking even when the stove is turned off, saving electricity or gas. The liter markings on the inside of the cookware allow you to cook by eye, not by sight, but according to the recommendations of the recipe. The accumulation of heat when the lid is closed creates a closed loop steam, allowing you to cook without oil and water, or add them minimally, preserving the natural flavor of foods and do not “weight” the food.

Eskell tableware is not only beautiful but also very ergonomic. The lids have rings with holes of different diameters and there are spouts on the body of the cookware which allow you to pour liquids out of the pots without using a colander, keeping the kitchen clean.
