OVERALL IMPRESSION
The juicer is called XXL not for nothing – it really is majestic. Modern design, steel housing, large filling capacity – the attributes of a premium appliance.
FUNCTIONAL TESTS
1. Test 1 – making carrot juice. The juicer made one kilogram of carrots in 30 seconds. Produced 462 grams of juice. 433g left after straining. Juice purity – 94%, squeezing efficiency – 43%, the output – 2000 g min.
2. Test 2 – making apple juice. The juicer squeezed 502 grams of juice from a kilo of apples in 55 seconds. After straining 449 g remainder. Juice purity 89%, spinning capacity 45%, juicing capacity 1090 g/min.
Our evaluation. This juicer is very fast, even on speed one. It can help your owner turn any number of apples grown in the country into juice. The grams don’t matter so much when you process large quantities. After all, we are talking about liters and kilograms.
ERGONOMICS
Material. The outside of the juicer body is metal. Removable parts and juice jug are plastic.
Capacity for pulp – a huge bucket. It can easily hold 5-7 kg of apples or carrots.
The juice jug is plastic and is labeled in ml, cups, pints and fl.oz. The lid is made of soft touch and density plastic. It is not fixed. The foam squeezer can be taken out of the cup if you like foamy juice.
The width of the neck – the width of the champion – a full centimeter more than usual, only one other juicer in the test has the same figure. This lets you not even chop quite large apples.
There is a cutter at the bottom of the neck – a small not sharp projection, also on the top of the neck there is a 1 cm long projection, so a large apple enters the juicer’s throat with difficulty.
The pusher is a dark gray plastic. Only fit in the throat in a certain position. No hint about how to place it properly on the pusher.
Drain spout – metal. Length at the top 2.5 cm, 3 cm at the bottom. Easy to fit in the juice jug.
Speed change – large round metallic knob on left side of body. Middle – off, left – first speed, right – second speed. The black indication on the switchboard shows which mode is activated.
Power cord is 2×0.75 mm two-core. There is a special compartment in the body where you can hide the excess cord.
Suckers – reliably fix the juicer on flat surface.
Dimensions – XXL size refers to the width of the neck of the juicer, but in terms of its size it is not larger than competitors.
