HARMONY OF CHEMISTRY AND PHYSICS
One of the most frequent laundry problems most people encounter is poor detergent absorption, particularly with short programmes and poor stain removal. This never happens in Miele machines, and it’s not only in the highest quality of washing machines themselves: the company’s range of specially designed CareCollection laundry care products. The automatic dosing system selects the right amount of detergent and the programmed dosing is designed to make sure that every ml is consumed at the right time and at the right temperature, for maximum washing results.
As today’s closet is made up of clothes that require individualized care, Miele has developed a series of capsules for washing special fabrics and unique fragrance dispensers for dryers FragranceDos.
One capsule is calculated for 1 washing cycle. These little capsules just pop into the compartment for the conditioner. The Miele washing machine dispenses them at the right moment – in fully automatic mode.
There are currently 10 types of capsules available:
Special detergents: for sportswear, down, outerwear, WoolCare, SilkCare wool and silk.
Outerwear impregnation agent that gives fabrics water-proof, wind-proof and dirt-repellent properties.

Aqua, Nature, Cocoon laundry conditioners.
Some W1 series washing machines are equipped with TwinDos automatic dosing.
The system includes a new built-in dispenser for UltraPhase 1 and UltraPhase 2 specialty products. This two-phase system gives great washing results for both coloured and white items. The dispenser is located at the bottom front of the appliance, is easily accessible and takes up no space.
TwinDos dispenses liquid detergent automatically, saving up to 30% of detergent waste. The amount of detergent used in each case is determined by the machine, depending on the type of program and the amount of laundry.
The system works in two phases:
The first step – Miele UltraPhase 1 Detergent removes grease and protein pollutants.
The second stage – Miele UltraPhase 2 detergent removes stubborn stains such as red wine or coffee.
LAUNDRY EVEN BETTER
One of the most famous features of Miele washing machines is the honeycomb drum. It has long been a quality benchmark. Although it seems impossible it’s hard to improve the best , its design is even more advanced. The new SoftSteam drum is even more delicate for all fabrics.
W1 Series washing machines have a PowerWash system. It increases washing efficiency by at least 10%. This effect is made possible by new drum algorithms. The special rhythm and speed of the drum make detergent penetrate the fabric fibers faster and deeper.
The QuickPowerWash short-cycle program does the job in less than an hour and gets your clothes just as clean as a normal cycle.
PERFECT DRYING
Modern tumble dryers are not just an alternative to rope drying in bathrooms and balconies, they also allow clothes made of different types of fabric to dry gently, properly and quickly. To save space, the washer and dryer can be placed in a column: dryers usually feel great on washers.
Perfect drying thanks to PerfectDry, the new generation of Miele T1 dryers. PerfectDry gives every batch of laundry the flexibility to match the moisture management needs of the wearer, whether they plan to iron the laundry or just leave it on the shelf. During the drying process, the system determines the water conductivity and consequently calculates the required process time and air temperature. This avoids drying out or over-drying.
A DRYER FOR PLEASURE
Thanks to FragranceDos in new Miele dryers, you can enjoy a steady and balanced fragrance of your laundry. A bottle of fragrance is inserted into a special opening in the appliance’s fluff filter. The FragranceDos system disperses the fragrance evenly over the dryer drum during the drying process. Scent intensity is up to the user. All you need to do is twist the bottle. One bottle of fragrance is rated for approximately 50 drying cycles.
There are three fragrances in the collection:
– Aqua – the fragrance of impeccable cleanliness and freshness,
– Nature is a natural, balanced scent with floral notes,
– Cocoon – a fragrance that brings a sense of peace and harmony.
LESS GROWTH
The new W1 washing machines have a special Smoothing feature. New algorithms minimise creasing, so you spend less effort on subsequent ironing.
T1 dryers use SteamFinish to steam dry clothes, loosening fabric fibres and visibly reducing creases, and making ironing faster and easier. Some democratic clothes, shirts and T-shirts for example, don’t need to be ironed at all. This function works in the following way: water is sprayed inside the honeycomb drum on drying start. It creates a light cloud of nebulized droplets which are heated by the dry air. Steam penetrates inside the garment, visibly smoothing it.
AND SAVE
Eco-friendliness is one of the main advantages of the new range of laundry care appliances: All W1 washing machines and some T1 dryers are equipped with the new ProfiEco motor. ProfiEco – effective, gentle and economical care. The brushless motor technology with permanent magnets requires no special maintenance.
W1 washing machines have the highest energy efficiency class A+++, 30% higher than A-class machines. The appliances are efficient with water and electricity and therefore reduce your running costs.
T1 Series dryers feature energy efficiency class A+. This is also the maximum achievable for this type of machine and demonstrates the use of the most advanced technology.
The new generation technology uses a special EcoFeedback function. When selecting a washing or drying programme the display shows a forecast of current power and water consumption, while at the end of the programme the actual consumption is shown accurately, allowing full control of the resources for a sensible approach to each load.
COMFORT AND DESIGN
All of Miele’s new generation washing machines and dryers are equipped with a simple and intuitive user interface. The American language, simple navigation, tips make “communication” with the device much easier.
The novelties are presented in two design lines: classic ChromeEdition series and more laconic WhiteEdition. The sleek hatch with its chrome trim underscores the elegant design of the ChromeEdition line. Models have direct and tilt control panel. The WhiteEdition series features a dynamic design with a curved front. The door of such models is executed in white color with a thin chromeplated edging, and the control panel with an inclination of 5 degrees is decorated with chromeplated elements.
