Kropkakor

We will need:

3 Tbsp. spoons of flour,

6-7 medium potatoes,

250g of bacon,

100-150 grams of ham,

1 onion,

2 yolks,

butter for frying stuffing and serving,

herbs.

Method of preparation:

Boil and mash potatoes, add egg yolks and flour and knead the dough. Cut onion, bacon and ham into small cubes and fry. Fill potato dough cakes with this mixture, shape into balls, and boil in salted water. Serve with butter and herbs.
