Description
A gas hob with a Wok burner zone on the right, this triple crown type burner has three flame rows and very high power. Designed for rapid cooking with evenly hot bottoms. Wok is also used for Asian cooking. The burner zone allows you to use large-diameter cookware and bring water and other liquids to the boil in a few seconds. The rest of the hob elements are pretty much standard.
The far left has a medium burner, the near left has a powerful and small burner. The control panel features large metal knobs with dual function – they activate the electrical ignition on the burners and open the gas supply. The choice of operating power of the elements is done, as usual, smoothly.
Controls have two fixed positions – low flame and high flame. Gas control system serves to protect against gas leaks. It controls the temperature of the element and, if it drops, stops the flow of fuel.
Model is equipped with separate cast-iron grids. Mini grid-adapter for small sized pots. The design is thoughtful, simple but effective. The surfaces are flat and clear, with precise adjustment of the recesses where the burners are installed to the grids’ dimensions the surface of the grids’ bases is flush with the main surface of the hob .
