JVC to launch updated line of X-series Full HD 3D projectors

JVC company together with the exclusive distributor of DIGIS Group of Companies will organize the presentation of the updated line of X-series Full HD 3D projectors. The event will take place on November 14 at 11:00 am at Lotte Hotel New York.

JVC's updated line of Full HD X-series 3D projectors

JVC company is the world leader in the production of cinema projectors. During the event representatives will acquaint you with the updated technology JVC 4K e-shift2 version of 2013, allowing you to perfectly scale 2D HD video in 4K format and demonstrate previously unattainable high-definition video quality. You will see the traditional Full HD images not only in the new resolution – 3840×2160 pixels, which information corresponds to four Full HD screens, but also in a new quality – the picture will impress you with clarity, color, perfect dynamics and no artifacts in 2D and 3D modes.

To satisfy the true fans of cinema, JVC has traditionally relied on the original high contrast, abandoning the artificial “dynamic” improvements of the iris diaphragm method. The original contrast ratio of the new flagship DLA-X95R, is an industry record at 130,000:1! The DLA-X75R, DLA-X55R and DLA-X35 offer 90,000:1, 50,000:1, and 50,000:1 respectively, unmatched by most competitors today.

The top two models in the line, the DLA-X95R and DLA-X75R are THX 3D certified and support professional ISF calibration, and the DLA-X35 is an upgrade for the DLA-X30R, the 2012 sales leader and winner of prestigious press awards. The latest addition to the X-series is the DLA-X55R, which combines e-shift2 technology, high original contrast and a great price. Like the entry-level model in the line, the DLA-X55R will be available in black and white. The highlight of the whole series are the new 3D glasses, controlled by the projector via radio channel and the new compact RF-emitter.

All the projectors of the new X-series are fully compatible with Blu-ray 3D standard and offer a lot of innovations. These include the 2D-3D converter, JVC’s anamorphic 3D conversion algorithm to “Hollywood” 2.35:1 format, new – more advanced cross-distortion elimination and “Multiple Pixel Control” image processing algorithms for perfect video scaling, parallax correction function that allows you to fine-tune the depth of 3D scenes, and much more.
