French bread stuffing for chicken

You can stuff the whole chicken, make rolls from breasts, stuff legs and thighs.

Stuffed chicken

You will need: 200 g white bread, 3 tbsp. Spoonfuls of melted butter, 3 Tbsp. Spoonfuls of sour cream or cream. You can add mushrooms, green onions, cilantro, garlic, apples, chopped fried chicken giblets to taste.

Methods: mix everything well and stuff the chicken with it. Whole chicken should be sewn up, rolls should be threaded together and baked.

Needed: 200 g white bread, 3 tbsp. . Spoonfuls of sour cream or cream. To taste you can add mushrooms, green onions, coriander, garlic, apples, chopped roasted chicken giblets.

Methods: mix everything well and stuff the chicken with the mixture. The whole chicken should be sewn up, the rolls – stapled with threads and baked.
