MODEL DESCRIPTION

A new model from a domestic manufacturer. Its special feature – glass-ceramic panel, updated design, a nice finish of polished steel. Thus the stove is compact – width 50 sm – and simple enough, with a minimum of functionality.

Functionality

Cooking surface – four speed burners. They heat up to maximum power in a few seconds but they do not cool down immediately, so the zones have a residual heat indicator. The indicators go out when the temperature of the zone drops below the danger value 60°C . Indicators help you use the heat of the elements, which are switched off, to bring the dish to perfection or reheat it.

The burners are of two types – small and medium, placed crosswise.

Static oven with two conventional heaters and a grill.

The upper and lower heaters can be used together or separately, depending on the application. Dual boiler mode is the ideal cooking mode, as it can handle most types of food. When it works, there is a natural convection effect, when the hot masses in the oven are gradually mixed, providing a more even cooking.

You can cook with the ExtraEffect tray set, a deep pan support inserted into the tray. In the process of baking, a gap is formed between them, which you can fill with water if you want. Thanks to the air “cushion” or water bath effect, the impact of temperature is mitigated, mistakes of the hostess are not so noticeable, and the cooking process is more gentle.

Solo heating elements are used for individually controlled cooking browning the bottom or top and for various operations such as drying herbs and mushrooms or sterilizing jars.

The grill is designed for cooking specialized dishes, especially roast meat, fish and poultry, but also for browning bread and sausages.

Controls

The hob has a flush-mounted control knob. The knobs to the right adjust the power of the burners. The knob on the right-hand side adjusts the oven temperature. In the process of cooking, it will be maintained at a predetermined level by the thermostat. The next knob is used to select the operating mode.

The stove is equipped with a timer third knob on the left , with which you can set the time interval from 1 to 60 minutes. When the countdown ends, a signal will sound.
