Needed:
100 ml milk,
3 ch.l. Instant cocoa powder,
50 ml of espresso.
Cooking:
Mix about half the milk with the cocoa powder, lather and pour into a tall glass. Foam the rest of the milk and carefully, on the back of a spoon, pour over the chocolate milk.
Make espresso and add to the glass.
Use a tall glass goblet when preparing, as you won’t be able to see the layers formed in the porcelain dish.
