I would argue with those who call to give up bread. What does our body need to get its vitamin B from?? Of course, you can get fat from bread, but not from healthy homemade grain bread, especially with bran. I haven’t trusted store-bought products, so I bake myself in a Panasonic SD-ZB2502 bread maker.
Will need:
1,5 ch. l. dried yeast,
300 grams of wheat flour and 150 grams of rye flour,
3 parts per tbsp. l. wheat bran and herbs,
2 tablespoons each. l. Rye, wheat and barley flakes,
1 tbsp. l. poppyseed,
2 tbsp. l. Milk powder, sugar, butter, honey,
1/8 cup nuts,
300 ml of water,
1 ch. l. salt.
Preparation: put all the ingredients in the bread machine according to the sequence of the recipe except for the nuts .
Pour nuts into dispenser.
Select “Diet” program, “Bread with supplements” mode. Select bread size, press start.
