“Chicken pâté sandwiches:

10 slices of bread

70g butter

150 grams of cheese

400 grams of cooked chicken fillets

80 ml of mayonnaise

4 sprigs of parsley

1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Finely chop chicken fillets and mix together with bryndza until smooth. Mix both ingredients thoroughly with mayonnaise. Butter bread slices and put the grilled mixture on top.
