Cooking time: 5 + 20 + 10 min.
Needed: 4 white zucchini leaves, 250 g sausages, 300 g tomatoes, 2 onions, 1 tsp. l. olive oil, 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper.
Preparation:
1. Wash zucchini leaves. Put them in the lower bowl, and the tomatoes in the upper bowl. Cook for 5 min. Chill tomatoes and leaves. Cut sausage into 4 pieces and place a piece of sausage in the middle of each zucchini leaf.
2. Fold the leaves into an envelope. Put them in a basket on the wire shelf and simmer for 20 minutes. Peel and finely chop tomatoes.
3. Put butter and finely chopped onion and garlic in a saucepan and simmer. Add the tomatoes. Taste and season with salt. Cook on low heat for 10 min. Serve the stewed zucchini with the cooked tomatoes.
