Two touch controls are located on the front: one for each cooking zone. They are similar in many ways, but each has its own characteristics.

Safety

  • The Zigmund & Shtain ZCP-560 electric cooker on the induction heating zone automatically detects the diameter of the cookware: 12-24 cm. If you put something in the wrong place, the stove will not turn on.
  • Automatic shutdown in case of overheating and power supply surges.
  • Lock control panel.
  • The stove automatically turns off after 3 hours of operation unless the timer is set lower .

Induction

Press the “On” button and then the “Menu” button – cooking begins at 1600 W. The value is shown on the display.

The power can be changed with “+” and “-“: 200/ 350/ 500/ 650/ 800/ 1000/ 1200/ 1400/ 1600/ 1800 W.

Press “Menu” again, the temperature indicator lights up and the display shows 240 ° C.

The setting can be adjusted: 60/ 80/ 100/ 120/ 140/ 160/ 180/ 200/ 220/ 240 ° With.

Press the icon with the clock, the timer indicator lights up. With “+” and “-” you can set the time from 1 minute to 3 hours, at the end of this time electric stove Zigmund & Shtain ZCP-560 will turn off automatically.

Automatic programs

There are five in total, for four of them you can change the power, for one – the temperature. You can change the time on the two programs with the timer.

  • Cooking – 1000 W, 2 hours.

Can be adjusted: power 200-1300 W, time 1 minute to 3 hours.

  • Grilling – 400 °C, 2 hours.

Can change: temperature from 50°C to 500°C, time from 1 minute to 3 hours.

  • Braising – 1100 W, 35 minutes.

Only the power can be changed from 200 Watt to 1300 Watt.

  • Boiling – 1300 W, 20 minutes.

Can be adjusted between 200 and 1300 W power level.

  • Soup – 1200 W, 45 minutes.

Can be adjusted from 200 W to 1300 W.

Zigmund & Shtain ZCP-560 will automatically power off when time is up.

If it is necessary to switch off earlier, it is necessary to press the button “On/Off”./off.”

      I have used the Zigmund & Shtain ZCP-560 Electric Hob with Induction + Hi-Light feature, and I can say it has been a great investment. The induction function performs exceptionally well, heating up quickly and providing precise temperature control. It is more energy-efficient compared to traditional electric hobs, as it only heats the pan directly. The Hi-Light feature is also useful for quick cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this hob for its performance and value for money.
