The Salatmeister SM-15/SM-16 multi-cutter is delivered with 5 attachments – coarse shredding, fine shredding, coarse and fine grinding. Nozzles are removable plates with grates, for which there is one cone-shaped frame, to which they are attached as required. Removable accessories can be stored compactly in the inner compartment of the pusher. So they don’t need any extra storage space and are always at hand. Thanks to its multitude of accessories, the multi-cutter is ideal for making salads, shredding fruit and vegetables, slicing salami or cheese. The fine slicer can be used to make zucchini caviar in a matter of minutes, and the shredding attachment allows you to make puree, jams or sauces. You can use the multi slicer to grate cheese for pasta, grate tomatoes for bolognese sauce or chop nuts with no problem. The Zigmund & Shtain multi slicer features a hands-free function. With most other models the unit only works by pressing the power button in pulse mode. It is quite inconvenient to work with one hand and hold the button with the other. With the Salatmeister SM-15/SM-16 multi-cutter there is no need to press and hold the button. You switch the multi-cutter on and operate it with both hands, when finished you switch it off with a light touch of the mains button.
