Zen presentation by Asus at Computex 2015

At the Computex exhibition in Taiwan, Asus CEO Johnny Shi unveiled the new products, unifying the Zen design philosophy, which aims to develop beautiful and high-tech devices – “luxury that everyone can afford”.

Among the products presented by Johnny Shea were the selfie-optimized ZenFone Selfie smartphone, the world’s first tablet with 4 GB of RAM ZenPad S 8.0 tablets, Zen AiO premium monoblock computers, and the Asus ProArt PA329Q 32-inch professional monitor with Ultra-HD resolution.

ZenPad tablet computers

ZenPad is a series of premium tablet computers that offer superior performance, great design and extensive multimedia functionality. Available in three screen sizes: 7-inch ZenPad 7.0 Z370C/CG/CL , ZenPad 8 inch.0 Z380C/KL and ZenPad S 8.0 Z580C/CA with the optional Z Stylus, and the 10-inch ZenPad 10.1 Z300C/CG/CL with optional keyboard. Zen AiO series monoblock computers

The premium Zen AiO line of all-in-one PCs will initially include two models: the 23.8-inch Zen AiO Z240IC and the 21.5-inch Zen AiO Z220IC. Both are in a one-piece anodized aluminum case with edges only 6 mm thick. The design is in keeping with the Zen design, which is evident in details such as the concentric circle pattern on the back panel.

ProArt PA329Q – Ultra-HD monitor

Asus ProArt PA329Q is a 32-inch Ultra-HD monitor. With its high resolution of 3840×2160 pixels and pixel density of 138 pixels per inch it produces an incredibly clear picture that all users who work with professional image processing programs will appreciate. What’s more, its IPS matrix can boast a wide viewing angle of 178°.

The impeccably accurate color reproduction of the monitor contributes to the careful factory calibration &Delta E ≦ 2 , increased color gamut 100% of the Adobe RGB color space , 10-bit color coding more than 1 billion colors displayed and a 16-bit LUT table.

The monitor implements ASUS ProArt Calibration hardware calibration technology, whose results are stored in the monitor’s internal memory, not on the computer. This ensures no matter what computer you connect the PA329Q to, your colors are color-independent. Asus ProArt Calibration technology is compatible with all popular hardware calibrators such as X-rite and Datacolor.
