Ingredients:
– 400g wild strawberries,
– 100 g blueberries,
– 0,3-0,5 kg sugar,
– 1 tbsp. l. water.
Preparation: peel and rinse the berries, put them in the multicooker, cover with sugar and splash them lightly with water.
Set the stew mode, release the valve, select a duration of 60 minutes.
While cooking, make sure the mixture is not boiling, stir a couple of times. At the end of the cycle, pour the jam into jars and roll up.
Has anyone ever made wild berries jam in a multicooker? I’m curious about how it turns out – does it preserve the natural flavor and texture of the berries? Any specific recipes or tips you could share?
