White bread with egg 1000g

Ingredients:

Bread maker Kenwood BM450

Egg 2 + milk โ€“ 380 ml

Vegetable oil โ€“ 1,5 tablespoons

Flour โ€“ 600 g

Salt โ€“ 1.5 teaspoons

Sugar โ€“ 4 teaspoons

Yeast โ€“ 1,5 teaspoons

Turn on program 1. Time: 3 hours 10 minutes.

The most important thing at the preparatory stage โ€“ when kneading the dough, make sure that the dough is dense, does not stick to the walls, if necessary, add flour in small portions. The kvekloom and the bread will turn out like rubber.
