White bread by Panasonic

Ingredients:

Small appliances for the kitchen

Yeast – 2 teaspoonfuls

Wheat flour – 600 gr

Salt – 2 teaspoons

Sugar – 2 tablespoons

Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

Water – 360 ml

Turn on XL program in the bread machine – main baking program. Time: 4 hours. The hostess does not need to be involved at this stage, you just wait for the “final whistle” when you hear the end of the process. And unload hot bread with a fragrant smell.

When kneading the dough, you must make sure that the dough is thick and does not stick to the walls. If the dough balls are still stuck, add flour in small batches, beating it into the dough – otherwise the flour will scatter all over the oven.
