Whirlpool’s new compact washing machines with vertical loading: spotless cleanliness and colour-fast washing

June 30, 2016, New York – Whirpool introduces a new series of upright-loading washing machines based on 6TH SENSE technology. The combination of compact size and innovative technology makes each model series indispensable element of the household. The range is presented, TDLR 60230, TDLR 70220, TDLR 70110, TDLR 65210, TDLR 60221, TDLR 60111 and TDLR 60810.

The new washing machines have already been recognized by the experts – the TDRL 60230 won the “PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2016” award.

6TH SENSE technology: effective washing at 15 degrees + gentle color preservation

Delicate fabrics and whimsical shades are among the special features of the new Whirlpool washing machines. This is made possible by the combination of the exclusive Wave Motion asymmetric drum rotation technology and 6TH SENSE technology with Colours 15 wash cycle. Wave Motion allows the drum to achieve a special spinning rhythm and the laundry is distributed evenly inside the washing machine, allowing maximum penetration of detergent.

Thanks to this innovation it is possible to lower the temperature of water to harmless for color 15 degrees, while the washing efficiency remains the same as with the standard modes for colored fabrics. Colours 15 option is presented as a separate “Colours 15°” button on the control panel and can be activated with some washing programs.

FRESH CARE: fresh clothes when you can’t unload the laundry for long periods

FRESH CARE is activated by the 6TH SENSE system and helps to keep your clothes soft and fresh no matter what time you unload them. The FRESH CARE option can be activated by pressing the “Keep fresh” button, with the drum spinning at 23 rpm one hour after the end of the wash cycle. /minute., Moving clothes in a way that avoids unpleasant odors and creases.

Maximum energy savings and quiet operation
