The Fortune magazine rankings are published each year and are based on expert opinion that analyzes competing companies operating in a single industry on nine metrics. These include innovation, human resources, leveraging corporate assets, social responsibility, management quality, long-term investment, financial strength, product and service quality and global competitiveness.
