BREAD OF WHEAT
Need
5.5 cups of wheat flour,
1 tbsp. l. dry yeast,
3 tbsp. l. sugar,
2 cups warm water,
1 ch. l. Taste and season with salt ,
0.25 cup vegetable oil
Cooking
Knead the dough and let it rise in a greased bowl for 1 to 1.5 hours. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough, make a long loaf and cut it into 6 equal pieces. Give each part the shape of a small loaf.
