Step 1

Take a piece of scrap wood plywood and think about what you want your future card to look like. To reshape the outline of the card, stroke the edges of a piece of plywood with your strokes. Use the Dremel Multitool 8200 with wood cutting wheel SC544 to make these cuts. Sand the edges of the cut with the Dremel 8200 with sanding pad SC413 .

Step 2

Place the pattern or design you want to transfer onto the wooden surface. Use a pencil or marker to trace the outlines of your template. Carve a pattern or design with the Dremel Multitool 7700 and the Engraving Cutter 106 .

Step 3

Now let’s get started with the sagination. To make the cutout more accurate, use scorching techniques to carve the outlines of the design. The Dremel VersaTip 2000-6-HOBBY is the right soldering iron for this job.
