What a PIR without Saeco? PIR 2016 concluded in New York.

PIR 2016 ended in New York. This year we chose the New York Coffee and Tea Expo space, revealing the companyā€™s ā€œProfessional and Commercial Automatic Machinesā€ business line. The concept of our booth reflected the famous formula of the four Mā€™s ā€“ Miscela, Macinadosatore, Macchina, Mano. The four ingredients that, according to Italian coffee experts, are essential for making delicious coffee drinks.

Saeco

So, Miscela, or specialty coffee blend. Our Miscela is the coffee varieties of the Italian roasting company SpecialCoffee. There was a chance to try any of the six original flavors on display: Gran Crema Blue for vending , IL Tuo Espresso for traditional espresso , Gran Crema classic Arabica to Robusta ratio , Morning mild variety with fruity-chocolate aftertaste , Arabica Dā€™OR and Arabica dā€™Or Santos Velodulce & Paraiso blends with sweet and spicy aromas and Verdadero organic coffee with a rich variety of flavors . Each blend is based on Arabica and Robusta, harvested from coffee plantations in Brazil, Central America, Asia and Africa.

Coffee machines

The second item ā€“ Macinadosatore ā€“ a coffee grinder ā€“ is a must for making high quality espresso, according to Italian coffee guru. At PIR 2016 we presented the Saeco MD 64 Auto and MD 75 Auto. During the four days of the trade fair, we were able to conduct extensive testing. We were totally convinced that the features of the Saeco MD 64 Auto and MD 75 Auto meet the requirements of medium and large sized HoReCa establishments.

Coffee machines

The third one is Macchina ā€“ the word that needs no translation. And it takes just to name the brands. Our Macchina is definitely Saeco and GAGGIA. We introduced Italian equipment in practically all segments of coffee making at PIR exhibition: from HoReCa through small coffee house to vending.

The Saeco Lirika One Touch Cappuccino coffee machine aroused the interest of small cafƩ and office owners. We were particularly fascinated by the combination of high functionality and ergonomics. This is an updated version of the popular Lirika, enhanced with an automatic cappuccino maker. Which means it can serve customers quickly. We made a cappuccino in just two clicks, demonstrating the quick creation and wonderful taste of the drink.

Technique for drinks

Another novelty of our PIR is Saeco Aulika Top High Speed Cappuccino which is a part of the famous Aulika line of professional automatic coffee machines. It is considered the fastest among Saecos in its segment: depending on the settings, it takes only 30 seconds to make an espresso, 35 seconds for a cappuccino, and 45 seconds for a latte. More speed ā€“ more potential. Saeco Aulika Top High Speed Cappuccino we recommend for Office Coffee Service and HoReCa.

Beverage equipment

At PIR we had another novelty from Saeco, the Saeco Phedra EVO tabletop coffee machine with the brand new ā€œHeart of Coffeeā€ design. The Saeco Phedra EVO, in addition to its ergonomics and the possibility of preparing up to 18 different drinks coffee, tea, milk, chocolate , is also easy to install. If you do not have a water connection, you can buy the Saeco Phedra EVO with a water tank for almost 3.5 liters.

Coffee machines

And one more new product by Saeco, which was included in the booth exposition. This is a Saeco Cristallo 400 EVO branded SpecialCoffee vending machine. Cristallo 400 EVO is an upgrade of the Saeco Cristallo, a popular coffee machine in the world. It saved the best and added new content. Two-line text display is replaced by a wide color graphic display. Saeco Cristallo 400 EVO is equipped with LED lighting system, with the ability to save energy. Cristallo 400 EVO differs from its predecessor in performance: the new version has 5 containers for instant ingredients instead of 4. In addition, the diameter of grinders was increased from 43 to 48 mm, the speed of mixers in Cristallo 400 EVO was also increased to 19 thousand. rpm.

At New York Coffee and Tea Expo there was an opportunity to buy Saeco Cristallo 400 EVO at a significant discount! But we promise that the continuation of the fall will not leave you without favorable offers in vending!

Saeco

For the first time at PIR 2016 we presented traditional GAGGIA coffee roasting machines. The booth was decorated with a new high-capacity GAGGIA Deco 2GR, with two coffee preparation groups and 13-liter water tank volume. It was this carob coffee machine that allowed us to unveil the fourth ā€œMā€ of our Italian concept.

Namely the Mano, or the hand. The hand of the barista, his skill, experience and creativity. Thatā€™s what we meant by inviting a great professional barista from one of the popular New York coffee houses to our booth! He surprised visitors with amazing drinks by conjuring up a GAGGIA Deco coffee carob machine. Drinks were ready in seconds: cappuccino, espresso, latte! According to preliminary calculations, the barista made about 500 cups of exceptional Italian coffee during the four days of the exhibition! Our participation in the New York Coffee and Tea Expo set a record! And letā€™s hope that next year the record will be even higher!
