Vegetables in an air grill

Baked potatoes with bacon

Baked potatoes with lard

You will need:

5-6 potatoes,

100-150 grams of fatty brisket,

Salt, foil.

Preparation: cut brisket into thin slices. Peel potatoes and cut each potato in half, then cut each half in half again but cut parallel to the previous one, not perpendicular to it .

Assemble each potato, glazing the cuts with slices of brisket. Sprinkle salt on top and wrap each potato in foil.

Put them on the grill grate with the cut of foil upwards so that the fat does not run out while cooking, and bake for about half an hour at a high temperature.

Potatoes in cream

Potatoes in cream

You will need:

1 kg potatoes,

2 tbsp. Spoonfuls of butter,

50g grated cheese,

200g cream,

garlic, salt.

Cooking: Peel potatoes, cut into circles and boil in salted water for 5-6 minutes.

Drain the water, add butter to the potatoes.

Transfer the slices to an air-globe mold, pour the salted cream with the garlic. Cover with cheese and bake at high temperature for about 35-40 minutes until golden.

Baked beans

Baked beans

You will need:

1 cup beans,

1 tbsp. l. sugars,

1 ch. l. honey, salt,

100g brisket,

1 onion.

Cooking: beans sorted out, washed and brought to the boil in 1 liter of water. Add salt, sugar and honey.

Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then pour into a pot, add the finely chopped fried onion and the sliced fried brisket.

Cover and bake in the oven on high and then on medium for about 1.5 to 2 hours – until the beans are completely soft.

If you notice that the grains have absorbed all the water, but the beans are not ready – add more boiling water.

Baked corn

Baked corn

Needed:

5-6 corn cobs,

salt, sugar,

butter.

Cooking: peel the corn from the leaves and stigma, put it into boiling water with sugar and salt, and boil until tender. Time varies depending on the ripeness of the corn and its variety, so you should taste the beans from time to time.

Butter the ready corn and roast on the grill grill 10-15 min until beans browned at the highest temperature.

Take out the cooked cobs, oil and sprinkle with salt.
