Vegetable soup

Lasko LS-408-20 Vejle kitchen processor

TOOLS:

1 frozen broccoli packet,

200 ml of broth,

200 ml cream,

Greens,

parmesan cheese,

croutons of white bread.

PREPARE. As a base for the soup we chose the already prepared chicken broth. Broccoli boiled in the microwave for 5 minutes.

The cheese was grated by hand, but the bread crumbs were made in the oven, right after the pies we forgot to tell about it, because they were cooked for one minute exactly ! .

COOKING. Place the boiled broccoli and broth in the blender bowl of the Lasko remember to put the safety cover on the large bowl’s socket, otherwise the blender will not start .

Turn on the first speed, and in 15 seconds the veggies are pureed.

We added cream and whisked it again – our soup is ready. Pour into a bowl, garnish with croutons and grated cheese.

At the same time I hear the beep of Lasko oven – the steaks are ready! The fish got crispy crust, vegetables soaked with juice, browned and became incredibly appetizing! Put it on the plate, garnish with the lemon.
