Vegetable shish kebab

We will need

Electric grills

For 4 servings:

potato tuber,

carrot,

small zucchini,

bell bell pepper,

eggplant,

Boiled corn cob,

a few cherry tomatoes,

10 mushrooms,

a couple of small onions,

A couple of hot red peppers,

Dried thyme greens,

garlic clove,

olive oil,

salt.

Preparation

Wash and peel the ingredients. Cut potatoes into circles and put them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Chop all vegetables and mushrooms into large pieces. Prepare the oil. To crush garlic in a garlic maker, grind hot pepper in a mortar.

Place in oil, add salt and thyme herbs. You can mix them in a blender. Thread vegetables onto skewers, place in a deep bowl and pour oil over. Leave to stand for 1 or 2 hours.

Then take it out, let the oil drain and grill each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Choose a medium level.
