For the dough:
250g flour,
25g yeast,
1 cup milk,
2 eggs,
1 tablespoon sugar,
0.5 teaspoons salt,
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
For the filling:
2 red bell peppers,
3 large or 5 small tomatoes,
2 medium sized onions,
1 eggplant,
Parsley and dill greens,
3 cloves of garlic,
sunflower oil,
mayonnaise,
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method: Make yeast dough, let it rise, knead well and then place it on a buttered baking sheet. Grease dough with mayonnaise.
Cut the vegetables into thin slices. Soak eggplants in salted water for 10-15 minutes to remove bitterness.
Put vegetables on the pizza in a circle: tomatoes, onions, sweet bell pepper and eggplant. Cut garlic into rounds and arrange all over the dish.
Season lightly with salt and pepper and brush with mayonnaise, covering the vegetables only lightly. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Decorate pizza with parsley and dill.
