TVS designer sauté pans gave us a few ideas for breakfast with the first element

It would seem – porridge, toast and eggs – what could be easier? But if you have at least an ounce of imagination and something or somebody ! inspiring, the toasts will turn into hearts and bouquets will appear on the morning table. Yes, also slightly unusual: for example, with asparagus.

The first element of inspiration is a man in the kitchen

How ordinary morning dishes can be turned into works of art was demonstrated in the open kitchen of the trendy restaurant Dantes by Alexander Novoselov, the establishment’s chef. When a man cooks, women listen in silence and before the meal begins they take photos of the dish: beauty shouldn’t go away without leaving behind memories..!

And that’s us – the fifth elements

The second element of inspiration is the right utensils

Qualitative, beautiful, European-made – the testing of such design Italian dishes for cooking from TVS company took place in parallel with the creative process. For the head of TVS Eurasia, the handsome Raphael Menchi, it’s precisely in the format of a culinary master class to demonstrate all the advantages of proper, high-quality cookware: “It’s one thing to say that you can cook without oil and fat using TVS cookware without fear of burns, and it’s another to show it in practice, explaining how we Italians cook our famous healthy and delicious dishes”. A number of TVS cookware lines have been developed in cooperation with the world’s leading designers.

Frying pans, pots, sauté-pans and other kinds of utensils are designed in a way to serve their owners not only on the stove but also on the kitchen shelves and to be the interior articles to be proud of. “TVS crockery has been produced in Italy since 1968. The company was founded in Urbino – this is between Rimini and Florence, by the way, this place is the birthplace of the great Raphael Santi. I guarantee that all our dishes are made only in Italy, “- says Rafael Menchi. – “By having production in Italy we can not only control the quality of cookware as much as possible but also be inspired by the beauty and works of art of Italy and collaborate with our first class designers.”.

Oatmeal with berries, nuts, and dried fruit Slightly Heartbreak

The chef cooked the porridge himself in TVS design casseroles, as the milk and grains won’t stick. When asked about the main secret of good porridge, Alexander answered: “The main thing is not to stray from it!”The secret to serving ordinary oatmeal in an extraordinary way: put the porridge in a nice bowl, sprinkle the top with a mixture of nuts and dried fruit, cut the strawberries into pieces and put them on top. Cut a heart out of toasted toast with a heart-shaped mold and place it on the edge of the casserole dish.

“A little heartbreak” promotes a good appetite

Italian style omelet with mozzarella, arugula and cherry tomatoes

An omelet is a delicate thing and two things are very important. The first one is the right proportion, and our chef tells us a secret: for an omelette with 3 eggs, you have to take as much milk as you can fit into 3 egg shells. And the second important detail is high-quality cookware, in our case – TVS non-stick pans.

You put ruccola leaves, half a cherry tomato, a little mozzarella on the eggs. The final gesture is a little extra virgin olive oil: it gives a special Mediterranean flavor and it’s extremely useful if you use it not cooked, but this way – in its natural form.

The main thing in scrambled eggs is not to let the shells and the pan down

Scrambled egg and grilled ham sandwiches

Unusual idea of serving sandwiches: our chef put parchment paper on the plate “it’s warmer and more homemade somehow” – he says , lettuce on it, toasted toast without butter and the heart-shaped middle on it: hi to our oatmeal, nothing is lost for the household!

And it’s very easy to put stuffing in this hole – in our case it’s bacon, fried without oil on a TVS grill pan. The whole composition is crowned with glazed eggs – beautiful!!

To assemble a sandwich – it’s a tricky business

Scrambled eggs with grilled ham and asparagus

The asparagus was steamed in advance, and the rest was done in front of our eyes: the bacon slices were fried on a TVS grill pan without oil, and the glazed eggs were fried on TVS egg frying pans.

Serving the dish from one side is elementary – spread asparagus, bacon, lettuce on a plate and cover it all with glazed. But look how picturesque!

Thin pancakes à la russe with a filling of strawberry yogurt and berries

There are many recipes for pancakes, each housewife has her own, but the main thing is to have a special “pancake pan” with a quality non-stick coating and low rims. Well, you can learn something from the chef of Dantes restaurant about unusual serving: no more traditional tube or envelope!

The pancakes are so thin that they can be placed on a plate, crumpled up like flapjacks, sprinkled with a sauce made of natural yoghurt and strawberries chopped with a blender and finished with a sprig of mint.

of design being the unique shape of the pans. The deep curved walls and flared rims make it easy to flip and toss food while cooking. The non-stick surface ensures easy release and cleanup. With all these features, I wonder if these pans are also suitable for cooking other meals throughout the day, such as stir-fry or sautéed vegetables?

of their design being the ‘stay cool’ handle. Now we can cook with comfort and safety. But what about the other features? Are these pans also non-stick to ensure easy cooking and cleaning? And are they compatible with all cooktops? It would be great to know if these pans are worth investing in for a hassle-free breakfast routine.
