Tutti-frutti ice cream

We will need:

Small kitchen appliances

25g. raisins,

50 gr. frozen cherry,

25 gr. variegated peel,

75 gr. chestnut puree,

50 ml. sherry,

25 ml.maraschino,

250 ml. cream,

2 egg yolks,

50 gr. sugar,

125 ml. milk.

Method of preparation:

Mix fruit and peel in sherry for 30 minutes. Use egg yolk, sugar and milk to make the custard. When the cream has cooled, mix it with the chestnut puree, add the fruit and sherry, whisk with the maraschino and cream. Pour this mixture into an IUD and refrigerate for about 20-30 minutes.
