Tuna and olives pizza

For the dough:

Gas ovens

200 grams of flour,

10 grams of yeast,

0.5 cup milk,

1 teaspoon sugar,

0.5 teaspoon salt,

1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

For the stuffing:

4 garlic cloves,

4 bulbs,

1 kg tomatoes,

2 tablespoons grated Swiss cheese,

300g tuna meat in vegetable oil ,

32 black olives,

300 grated cheese,

pepper and salt to taste,

To prepare: make yeast dough with leavened bread and put it on a greased baking tray. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix thoroughly with tomato slices and Swiss cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place tuna meat in a sieve, let the liquid drain off and cut into small pieces.

Place grated tomatoes on top of dough.

Place onion rings, black olives and tuna slices on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put into hot oven and bake for 20 minutes.
