Trigon XL – a new word in heating technology

ELCO, a world-renowned manufacturer of condensing equipment for industrial and commercial facilities, has launched a new line of Trigon XL floor standing boilers. Flexible configuration, intelligent design and a wide range of models make the Trigon XL boilers ideal for independent heating systems.

The new line of ELCO equipment is represented by seven models from 150 to 570 kW in two widths, only 460 mm and 750 mm. Thanks to this, the boilers can “pass” through standard doors. In addition, the use of water-tube design Trigon XL allowed to reduce weight and have a small boiler water volume, which made the boiler especially attractive for installation in roof boilers.

Compact dimensions, lightweight design and possibility of easy transportation and installation make Trigon XL ideal for new and refurbishment of roof boilers. In addition, equipment comfort is also achieved with a low noise level of 59 dBA.

It is no coincidence that the manufacturer positions Trigon XL as a universal solution for many applications. Due to the fact that the boilers can work with pressure up to 8 bar, they can be used in high-rise buildings without the need for hydraulic separation of the system. In addition, the temperature setting of 30 C supply/return line makes it easy to switch from centralized systems to stand-alone, while ensuring maximum efficiency.

The innovative burner design – the most advanced and state-of-the-art condensing technology available today – plays a particularly important role in achieving high boiler output. The Trigon XL boiler burner, with deep modulation and water cooling, has a low flame temperature, thus giving a long service life and high environmental impact.

Equally important component of the Trigon XL is the stainless steel flow-through heat exchanger, designed specifically for maximum efficiency and long life under demanding conditions.

The new range of ELCO condensing boilers is the ideal solution for those who are not only looking for high performance, but also for those who care about reducing the impact on the environment. First, because the Trigon XL can run on natural and liquefied gas. And secondly, because the water-cooled flame burner and combustion chamber design provide extremely low NOx and CO emissions, which comply with Class 6 NOx.

A strong argument in favor of Trigon XL may be a number of support measures that ELCO provides to its partners: a joint study of design solutions, technical support at all stages of cooperation, supervised installation service for complex objects and new partners, training seminars and warranty service throughout America.

Mikhail Danyaev, Head of Commercial Heating Equipment, Ariston Thermo Rus.“Our new Trigon XL line is a significant step forward in heating technology. With their flexible configuration, intelligent design and wide range of models, these boilers are ideal for stand-alone heating systems. I think it’s great that we can offer our customers a whole new generation of equipment that will be as efficient as possible throughout its service life.”
