Transcend products have won seven Taiwan Excellence Award 2017

Transcend Information, Inc. Transcend® , a global leader among multimedia and storage manufacturers, announced that seven of its newest products have been honored with the 2017 Taiwan Excellence Award. These include the DrivePro 50 in-car DVR, DrivePro Body 52 chest camera, JetDrive Go 300 and JetDrive Go 500 flash drives with Lightning and USB 3 connectors.1, RDA2 smart card reader, JetFlash 850 flash drive with USB Type-C connector and StoreJet Cloud 210 personal cloud storage.

The Taiwan Excellence Awards are presented by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council TAITRA , under the aegis of Taiwan’s Ministry of Economy. Nominated products are strictly selected and must meet several criteria. They must be made in Taiwan, and the technical solutions implemented in them, design, quality and marketing are also evaluated. According to TAITRA, there were 528 products from 203 companies that received awards this year.

DrivePro 50 Car DVR

Apple solutions: JetDrive Go 300, JetDrive Go 500, and RDA2 smart card reader

Transcend JetDrive Go 300, JetDrive Go 500 and RDA2 smart card reader were created for iOS devices. The JetDrive Go 300 and JetDrive Go 500 feature both a Lightning connector and a USB 3.1 Gen 1 . With the exclusive JetDrive Go mobile app, users can transfer and copy files between their PC and Apple iOS devices, giving owners up to 128GB of additional available storage.

Transcend RDA2 smart card reader is equipped with a Lightning connector and can work with SD and microSD cards, allowing you to easily upload photos or videos and promptly publish them to social networks. Transcend’s Smart Reader mobile app gives users access to useful additional features of the RDA2, such as backing up, formatting memory cards, encrypting, archiving and unarchiving files, saving audio recordings directly to the memory card, and quick access to cloud storage.

JetFlash 850 flash drive with USB Type-C connector
