Tongue and garnish


Gas stoves

Boiled tongue – 2 pc.

Fresh carrots – 1 pc.

Onions – 1 pc.

Sour cream – 500 g.

Salt, pepper, spices.

Preparation: Cut boiled tongue into slices and place on a baking tray. Shredded onions and carrots saute until half-cooked and place on the tongue. Prepare the sour cream sauce: bring the fresh sour cream to the boil, add salt, pepper and spices to taste. You can add oregano and basil. Pour the sauce on the tongue. Sour cream should cover the tongue completely. Put in preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Serve with fresh greens.
