Tom Yam soup with coconut milk and shrimps

Ingredients:

  • Polaris

    Shrimp 16/20 – 300 gr.

  • Coconut milk – 1 jar.
  • Shiitake mushrooms – 100 g.
  • Garlic – 10 g.
  • Fresh ginger – 40 g.
  • Sesame oil – 10 ml.
  • Vegetable oil – 10 ml.
  • Cilantro – 30 g.
  • Mini-corns – 250g.
  • Soy sauce – 10 ml.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 100 gr.
  • Tom yam paste – 20g.
  • Set of Thai spices.
  • Broth – 2 liters.

Method of preparation:

Turn on the MULTI-Cooker on low heat 160° C . Roast the ginger, garlic and chili pepper in vegetable oil.

Pour in broth and simmer. Add spices, corn, peeled shrimp and shiitake. Cook for 2 minutes. Add coconut milk, sesame oil, cherry tomatoes and coriander.
